AB - The questionnaire covers
two dimensions: (1) the promotion of self-esteem by the supervisor and (2) the
satisfactory performance of the employees. The basis for the development of the
questionnaire is the dyadic relationship between superior and employee, which
according to Dansereau et al. (1998) is characterized by social exchange. The
questionnaire is completed by employees.
