AB - The MCGM-G is the German adaptation of the Multi-Component Gratitude Measure (MCGM). This measurement was originally developed by Morgen et al. (2017). The instrument encompasses attitudinal, and behavioral aspects of gratitude. The validation was conducted via an online survey with a sample of N = 508 participants. The MCGM-G has good internal consistency and both construct and criterion validity are established. In addition, there is partial cultural scalar invariance with the English version (Morgan et al., 2017) for five dimensions. In addition, the MCGM-G is scalar invariant across gender.
