AB - Procrastination refers to the postponement of activities that need to be completed. Procrastination corresponds to a complex, often situation-spreading behavior pattern, with which specific feelings (e.g. depressive moods, fear), thoughts (irrational thoughts like e.g. "Oh, that's possible very quickly, I'll do that tonight.") and behaviors (e.g. unpunctuality) can be connected. Often unpleasant tasks and obligations are affected.
