The instrument comprises 22 items and measures behaviour%2C requirement%0Alevel%2C structure and group on the level of learning processes as well as the%0Afactors acquisition of competence and transfer on the level of learning%0Aoutcomes. A confirmatory factor analysis could confirm this structure. The%0Ascales show a good internal consistency and there is evidence for convergent%2C%0Adiscriminant validity and criterion validity.
