AB - Transparency describes the quality of information perceived by an information recipient. The construct is increasingly gaining attention in the scientific and practical context. The dimensions Disclosure%2C Clarity and Accuracy as well as Timeliness and Relevance form individuals%E2%80%99 transparency perceptions. Based on these dimensions%2C a German questionnaire with 20 items with four items for each dimension was presented. This five-dimensional scale shows high internal consistency %28%3E .88%29 and indicators for objectivity%2C reliability%2C and validity %28content%2C criterion%2C and construct validity%29 are available. The validation study indicates that transparency dimensions differ with regard to their relationship to trustworthiness%2C trust and job satisfaction. In addition%2C first investigations show that the scale can be applied in contexts outside the organization.
