AB - The High-Performance-Team-Survey (HPTS) captures major success factors of high-performing teams. Based on the insights generated by Google’s team study “Project Aristotle” and major findings from international team research, five different psychological characteristics of successful teamwork are included in the survey: psychological safety; dependability & high performance standards; structure & clarity of roles, plans, and goals; meaningfulness of work; impact on the organization. There are three different versions of the HPTS (long, medium, and short version), all of which show very good psychometric properties. For all three version, substantial correlations with other constructs point to the construct and criterion validity of the HPTS.
