AB - POS-s includes eight items that assess the level of perceived organisational support according to the Organisational Support Theory by Eisenberger and colleagues (1986). The POS-s is a scale of high psychometric quality. Substantial correlations with other constructs indicate both convergent and criterion validity of the POS-s.
