AB - The PsySafety-Check (PS-C) measures the construct of psychological safety that describes the shared perception of team members that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking and that speaking up will not result in negative consequences. Psychological safety is a key predictor for team learning, sense of belongingness and team performance. The PsySafety-Check is available in both a short and a long version. Both versions show high psychometric properties. Substantial correlations with related team constructs are indicators for both, convergent as well as divergent construct validity, and criterion validity of the instrument.
