AB - <p>The measurement instrument consist of twelve situational items (scenarios) to determine how effectively a person can act as a member of a team or a working group. The basis for the construction of the test was formed by current reviews of teamwork-related knowledge, skills and abilities. The test was deliberately developed for the broadest possible applicability in different teamwork contexts. Initial empirical findings provide evidence of a plausible two-factor test structure, internal consistency common to the test format, and satisfactory values for construct and criterion validity.</p>
