AB - <p>This scale measures the attitude towards social inequality with eight items. It reflects social value orientations in which the application of normative standards for the assessment of social benefit criteria is in the foreground. The item battery was developed on the basis of the Egalitarismus-Skala (Duke, 1967). It contains justifications for existing economic and social inequalities on the basis of a performance ideology (Pappi und Laumann, 1974).</p>
