AB - The questionnaire covers the three areas of satisfaction, stress and working atmosphere. The scale was developed according to the Lazarus stress model (1966). The scale is scalable according to the Rasch model. The estimated reliability is very good (.93 - .94). There are no indications for the validity of the scale.
